spm 2011 artwork

these are some of my spm artwork..I'm on my work to finish my folio..it is tiring but I love it when it's done...I wanted to do every technique for my folio..acrylic,watercolour,pencil colour,oil painting, airbrush ,charcoal and everything else,pastel and so on..I don't want to stuck at one medium only..our folio this year need to design a helmet so these are some of the processes..it is not quite done yet..but I'll keep updated..I didn't show all of it..maybe after I send it in I'll show all of it..but at this time only sneak peak..hihi..the design is still a secret..shhh

      

JYJ album showcase

these was when I gave my portraits gift to them all 8 in total...the top one is only 5...but htere another 3 black and white..fuhh..tiring I tell you..but I didn't regret it..I still have pictures of it for my folio and the originals were given to jyj part of tvxq..I'm excited when junsu said after that the most memorable gift were drawings and writings..exactly like mine which have writings on it..I tried really hard to write korean and there's english also...all fans are also very excited to see my portraits that they kept taking pictures of it and even posted it on one of the most famous blogs among fans syc..I'm so excited to get it r=featured like everything I did is paid off..of course there's some regretable things happened..the concert is on the day before my finals but a loyal fan like I am I still go..here I don't want to talk about the sad things..here I just wanted to show the portraits that I gave them..you can't really read the message but it is a writing from a loyal fan

this is art too right?..due to raya I decided to do henna on my own and I made butterfly and flowers pattern..isn't it cute..haha

2nd school mural

so after I did 1malaysia mural..teacher asked me to paint another mural on another block..free things I guess..haha..I'm telling you I almost gave up because it is too tiring..these are steps that I take in making the mural..at the bottom is the result..the middle is empty to put a board on it..it's already there but I didn't take a picture of it..hectic I'm telling you..I refuse any other mural works that was given to me..

actually I wanted to show my first mural 1malaysia but I couldn't find a pic of it..I'll try to find it then I'll post it up..it was alot smaller than this and only took about 3 days..this one got me to stay after school for hours and I feel like dying..this is

this is a group portraits called TVXQ/DongBangShinKi/Tohoshinki or whatever it is you wanted to call them they're the same meaning only different language..yes I do get confused at first but after awhile I'm used to it..they're the biggest boyband in asia and have perfect harmony that's why I loved them so much..but sadly they're on hiatus right now..only praying for the best..

since I loved them so I decided to transfer that to papers by trying out a new technique which is using pastel..pastel is very very easy to be smudged much easier than charcoal..so you have to be very careful.but it turned out very successful and I didn't even believe myself that I made 5 of the coloured portraits in 2 days..at first I wanted to draw jaejoong only to dedicate it to my friend who is a diehard fan of jaejoong but then I decided to do all 5..

as for the group picture is amix of charcoal and pencils..it is a lot harder as the face is very fine and small...I admit I'm not very good at drawing body yet..but I'm trying..I'll show you later how I gave these portraits to the owner!

this is a very hard medium to work with..it takes at least 1 week to dries up..the top ones is made with poetry on the side but you can't really read it here..it is named 'eternal love'...the bottom one is actually my first oil painting and trust my whole body is covered with oil paint...I don't recommend these medium if you're new

this is my brother eating corn in namyi island..winter sonata remember..this was my gift for him on his 19th birthday..now he is 21 years old in 2011...this present was the only one which is framed..huhu..I'm happy that it turned out very well..fuhh it's tiring drawing his winter coat..

I separate the korean artist and hollywood artist because these are new and I don't want people with bias..sorry yunho you are not rotated I don't know what happened to my mac...but only hyunjoong and junsu is made by pencil and the others are made by charcoal

my friend at the time loved the dark knight so bad so I decided to draw this dedicated to her..it was very hard but it turned out quite nice I think.I used lots of dark colours here and again gradient

again a very old portrait that is not very successful but I used a different technique here which is pencil colours..it was nice to try..it is hard as you can't smudge it..it depends on how your strokes is

oil pastel portrait

this should be my sis portrait but it didn't turn out that good since it is oil pastel and very very hard to control....again only the technique that I wanted to try out...and I wanted to tell something that I tried these techniques around 2 years back when I'm still searching for my signature..I used buncho oil pastel and rub it with tissue to make it smooth and even

sorry I forgot to rotate this but the technique that I wanted to show..yes again I love to try out different techniques..and this is using magic pens..it is almost the same as using marker pens except u use colours
actually I got the idea after drawing so much dresses using magic pens so I decided to draw a portrait using magic pens so this is the result but it's not my fav..I'm still stuck to charcoal

there is a story behind this..the top one was made during examination which is in 1 hour and the bottom one was made the day before.this is hilary duff portrait..of course due to time and stress I didn't do as well as I did during trials but somehow I received 80/80?..how on earth artwork is 80/80?

20% comes from classwork and since I did that too I received 100% for arts during my finals..haha..this is very funny even the picture is not perfect I don't know what my teacher is thinking

well I'm sorry if they don't look like them..these were made back in 2008..I just wanted to show how dark charcoal effect is..the technique is the same as jonas brothers..but in these pictures if you see all of them have curly hair..this is where it test your patience..as for taylor swift I didn't draw her with complete charcoal as you can see it is not as dark as the others
